The Role
Be responsible for developing relationships and partnerships with community groups in identified and agreed priority locations. You will work in partnership with Red Cross people to ensure Red Cross is initiating and delivering program solutions appropriate to communities across WA. You will directly support WA's contribution to reaching (at minimum) two Strategy 2020 goals – improving the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by 20% and ensuring a 50% improvement of community determined indicators in up to 20 of the most vulnerable communities in Australia.

About you
Proven strong understanding of organisations, networks and communities involved in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities in WA is essential for success in this role. You will also have demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills together with capacity to conduct research and prepare reports.
