About the Organization 
Established in 2006, Boorndawan Willam Aboriginal Healing Service (BWAHS) provides a range of services and programs to Aboriginal individuals and families who are experiencing, at risk of experiencing family violence, or use violence. Currently BWAHS is one of 4 Aboriginal specific state funded healing services in Victoria. 

About the Opportunity
BWAHS is currently seeking a dynamic Aboriginal Men's Program Manager to join their team on a full-time basis, located in Lilydale, Melbourne.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary Men's Program team, developing and strengthening case practice, and providing high quality, effective service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 
* Supporting clinical staff to engage, consult, and co-design solutions with program participants, other practitioners and teams, agencies, services and the community;
* Providing intake and assessment support to your team, and offering expertise in complex case consultations;
* Co-ordinating the planning, review, and management of casework within BWAHS;
* Over-sighting and maintaining budget and expenditure related activity to your staff and programs;
* Identifying and developing new initiatives and continuous improvement activities as part of a continuous improvement process in your work, team and organisational goals; and
* Managing your own caseload as needed.

This is an Aboriginal Designated Position, classified under 'special measures' of section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.

About the Benefits
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package circa $95,000 – $103,000, commensurate with your skills and experience, plus super and salary packaging up to $15,999.
