About the role

Joining our ITS Platform Applications Services team, the Analyst Programmer (ServiceNow), will provide a range of analytical and technical services supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform.

The role is responsible for the efficient and effective provision of services to users and colleagues across the range of applications. This incorporates management, monitoring, and resolution of support issues, the identification of improvement initiatives, and production of documentation to enable customers and Service Desk colleagues to resolve issues themselves.

Key to success will be the identification of measures to achieve significant reductions in the volume of support and service requests raised

About you

To be considered for the position you will showcase extensive experience in providing support services and developing ServiceNow to a high standard.

You will showcase a high level of expertise in the following areas:

* ServiceNow product knowledge in the ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and HRSD domains
* Configuring and developing ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, ACLs, Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Forms, including knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow technologies such as JavaScript/Glide, Angular, HTML, PowerShell etc.
* ServiceNow MID server architecture, service discovery, probes, sensors.

You will possess well-developed problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills and demonstrated ability to apply policies, procedures, and systems as per requirements
