ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the Office Manager in the provision of a broad range of administrative and complex client service functions to support the legal service delivery and providing ongoing support, training, and guidance to the Legal Support Officer (LSO) team.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- working in a busy Family/Care Litigation Unit,
- training and supervising staff,
- meeting tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities effectively,
- delegation of tasks to meet service delivery.
You will be a good communicator with the ability to support and assist the Office Manager in order to meet the requirements of the role. Ideally, you will be someone who is highly organised and systematic in their approach to work. You will be proactive and enthusiastic about taking on varied tasks, in addition to being reliable and transparent in all aspects of your work.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Willingness to undertake a Criminal Record Check and/or working with Children Check
• Australian or NZ citizenship, or Australian Permanent Resident is an essential requirement of applying for an Ongoing role
