Broadspectrum is an operations, maintenance and construction services organisation, operating globally in the resources, energy, industrial, infrastructure, rail, property and defence sectors. Broadspectrum has a long and successful partnership with Mobil Australia.
We are looking for experienced Boilermaker/Welders that are willing to work as part of the shutdown team that is focussed on zero harm to all.
To be successful you will require:
- Experience as a Boilermaker,Pipefitter and Welder
- Welding certificates 4 and 7 (Essential)
- Nationally Accredited Confined Space – Valid to (at least) Dec 2019
- Nationally Accredited Working at Heights – Valid to (at least) Dec 2019 (If your confined space or working at heights ticket expires before Dec 2019, then you will need to complete a refresher as a part of your application)
- Experience in the Petro Chemical industry or similar
- Experience working with Duplex Stainless steel and Chrome (Preferred)
The shutdown commences early September and is expected to go for 4-6 weeks. You will be required to complete a welding test, online induction prior to commencing, onsite inductions will be also be held before your start date.
