Broadspectrum requires an experienced Call Centre Operator / Administration Clerk to assist our Defence Contract’s National Vehicle Recovery Call Centre in its daily operations as well as provide administrative support for our Defence Maintenance and National Clothing stores contract. The role is based at Lone Pine Barracks in Singleton.
Responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):
- Call centre response, records management, data entry and updating of information systems.
- Following specific instructions to deliver great outcomes for our client.
- Liaising with co-workers and clients to implement work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Periodical manning of the ‘on call’ duty phone.
- Attending Broadspectrum and client production meetings as required.
- Assist with the administration of subcontractors within the business area.
- Quote work packets and assess requirements in conjunction with subcontractors.
Your skills:
- You’ll bring a professional attitude, with proven experience in customer contact and a willingness to deliver above and beyond for our client.
- Knowledge of how the ADF operates. Preferable but not essential.
- Skills in Administration and the associated IT and software packages, with experience in SAP highly regarded.
- Professional qualifications in Administration and/or Call Centres.
