About You
As our Service Data Analytics Coordinator, you are excited about supporting service delivery using creativity and innovation to enable and improve service enhancement and the end-user experience.
You're passionate about providing expert advice on service quality, identifying trends, producing reports and dashboards, and supporting continuous improvement to continually evolve RMIT's Students group service model to align with University strategy and objectives.
Your attention to detail and experience with Power BI and data visualisation enhance your strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. With your technical knowledge, you can support various IT and digital platforms.
Working in a high-performing team, your "can-do, team player attitude" and excellent communication skills are critical to succeeding in this role.
To be successful in this position, you'll:
* Have a degree OR a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline AND/OR significant relevant professional experience at a similar level.
* Be passionate and motivated to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to support leadership to manage and optimise the Students group performance.
* Be committed to continuous improvement, with proven analytical and root cause data analysis capabilities to identify opportunities for service improvement in alignment with University strategy and objectives.
* Display resilience, responding quickly to changes in organisational requirements
* Thrive in a complex and demanding environment and can deliver outcomes within tight timeframes

The Students group shapes, designs and delivers key student services and experiences to prepare RMIT students for study, life and the global workforce.
We work in partnership with students, academics, professional staff, industry and the community to deliver transformative student experiences that improve access, participation, retention and success for all RMIT students.
