The Smith Family is a national, independent children’s charity helping disadvantaged Australians to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. We are currently seeking a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team.
Reporting to the National Manager, Corporate Partnerships and working with a dedicated and passionate team, this pivotal role will support the delivery and administration of our workplace giving program, corporate partner events and volunteering programs nationally, contributing to The Smith Family’s vision.
A day in the life of a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator might look like this, but every day can be different. Primarily, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the corporate partnerships team nationally in all administration and co-ordination functions focused on developing excellent customer relationships
  • Delivering a high quality experience for all corporate volunteers by working with the Corporate Partnerships team to coordinate and deliver (in partnership with the volunteering team) a successful corporate volunteering program
  • Working with partnerships, volunteering and events teams to roll out a successful corporate volunteering program
  • Building and strengthen relationships with workplace giving supporters
  • Supporting the corporate partnerships team on stewardship opportunities with all workplace giving partners
  • Ensuring the CRM records for workplace giving accounts are current
