About the role
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have have the ability to work within a team environment to support both people with disability and people who are ageing.
These roles will work within our supported accomodation service in Tamworth and are offered on a casual basis. We require candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts across a 24 hours period.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day care (including personal care) and supervision
- Community Access & Transport
- Maintain & Monitor Person Centred Plans
- Documenting & Progress Note keeping
- Implement development plans and identify support learning opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Certificate III Community Welfare, Disability, Aged Care or similar (or working towards)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Prior knowledge or experience working with people who have a Disability and/or in Aged Care
