About You
The Enterprise Compliance Manager is a key role in leading compliance management activities for RMIT. This is a second line-of-defence role that is responsible for the university-wide frameworks, processes and tools that coordinate and assure compliance management activities for RMIT.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
* Extensive experience in an enterprise compliance or governance role and an understanding of regulatory and industry standards for compliance management.
* Demonstrated experience in conceptualising, developing and implementing compliance management frameworks, processes, and initiatives.
* Highly developed diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and opportunities and to drive practical and creative solutions to implementation.
* Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a broad audience in complex and often challenging contexts.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, and the agility to flex and shift focus as required to meet changing priorities.Highly developed project management, process design, report writing and training skills

About the Portfolio
The Finance and Governance portfolio works with other areas of the University to achieve RMIT's objectives by strategically providing financial, legal, analytics, policy, risk and assurance, secretariat services.
The Enterprise Compliance Manager is part of the Policy, Compliance and Contract Management team in the Legal and Governance Group.
