Form Workers / Concrete Finishers – Olympic Dam – URGENT IMMEDIATE START Job

Due to a recently awarded ad hoc maintenance contract in Olympic Dam, Broadspectrum are looking to expand current operations in the area by engaging  qualified, experienced  Form Workers and Concrete Finishers. These roles will be initially on a casual basis with an immediate start. 

Within your role as a Form Worker / Concrete Finisher you will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

  • Reading drawings and schedules and setting up form work accordingly
  • Setting, screeding and finishing concrete slabs
  • Coordination of materials and supplies
  • Maintaining tools and equipment (including safety equipment)
  • Ensuring that all technical, safety procedures and contract specific requirements are followed 
  • Undertaking other ad hoc tasks as directed.

Skills and experience

  • Current valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Recognised trade qualifications in Concreting or equivalent experience
  • Be experienced within mining or other similar heavy industries
  • You must be able to provide evidence of full Australian Working Rights
