• Buy a home when they may not qualify for housing finance elsewhere
• Start up, acquire or grow a viable business
• Invest in commercial enterprises that produce financial returns and employment, training and supply chain opportunities.

To ensure that IBA has an expanding and enduring impact, this role will bring leadership and sophisticated analytics to the development of effective organisational strategy; help evolve strategic marketing and brand positioning; work with product specialists, innovation and product development teams; and, oversee enterprise-wide impact, outcome measurement and evaluation.

You will have:
• Strategic thinking, research and critical analysis skills of the highest order
• Commercial acumen and expertise in strategy/ development in complex and changing environments
• Extensive people, project and change management experience
• Experience in dealing at senior levels across private, Government and, ideally, non-government sectors
• A desire for social equity and be driven to 'make a difference'
• A deep commitment to, and experience working with Indigenous Australians, businesses, organisations and/or communities
• Appropriately tertiary qualified.

The appointee could be based in any of IBA's capital city offices and an attractive remuneration package starting at $227,302 including super is offered.
