About the role
Working closely and collaboratively with all members of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) department, you will bring IHL to life for the full range of our stakeholders through innovative, interactive and engaging learning and development tools.
 
You will be responsible for curriculum development, training and resource design, course coordination and monitoring and evaluation of IHL learning programs and resources. You will provide a critical component of the 'learning and 'practice work streams of the IHL Department.
 
What you will bring
* Extensive experience and/or qualification in the field of learning design
* Extensive experience creating high quality training and learning resources for a range of audiences and purposes, including experience with online learning management systems and face to face training
* Qualification or experience in monitoring and evaluation or other related fields an asset
* Excellent training and presentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a matrix structure – demonstrating initiative, flexibility and willingness to collaborate
