Skout are partnering with one of Victoria's longest standing Commercial Grounds Maintenance and Landscape Construction specialists. An established name within the industry our client has built its reputation through consistent delivery of high end quality work on time and within budget. They cultivate long lasting relationships and have managed to build up a diverse client range over 30 year. Due to natural growth and expansion, they are looking to appoint a skilful Site Supervisor.

THE POSITION
Working on high profile commercial and residential projects, the work will be very intricate and detailed with a focus on high calibre finishes. Ability to establish strong relationships both internal and external is imperative to this role. Create and maintain an inclusive team focused environments that continue to deliver great results to both our new and existing customers.

DUTIES
* Manage time frames, quality and team members
* Liaise and report with all levels of management and clientele
* Utilise computer systems to prepare job sheets, rosters and quotations
* Proactive in maintaining the on time delivery of projects

CRITERIA & EXPERIENCE
* Background in landscaping for commercial and residential projects
* Demonstrated leadership/management skills
* Excellent communications and customer service skills
* 3+ years experience in hard and soft landscaping
* Full tradesman qualifications
