About the role
Reporting to the Director, the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Indigenous Programmes) is responsible for developing and implementing the Centre for Indigenous Business Leadership Indigenous business education strategy. The role involves programme direction, programme design, stakeholder development and engagement, resource allocation, supporting faculty in the delivery of programmes, Indigenous research and teaching into Centre programmes, and ensuring the operational viability of the Centre’s Indigenous business education strategy.
The role involves a degree of autonomy and responsibility and requires a high level of interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills, research and teaching skills and the ability to organise the work of others to ensure the continued operations of the Centre. Overseeing four programmes which form the Centre’s initial Indigenous business education strategy, you will contribute small amounts of research and teaching directly related to your area of research, in order to develop a full academic record and competitive profile.
