About your role

You will leverage your cultural knowledge and lived experience to manage the development and delivery of industry development programs to support our First Nations cultural and creative industries. Collaboration is second nature to you. You are passionate about engaging with a range of diverse stakeholders to bring ideas and actions to life to positively impact communities around country.

What does success look like?

  • Designing and delivering industry development initiatives for the First Nations cultural and creative industries
  • Overseeing the delivery of a First Nations Leadership Program
  • Driving the ongoing development and delivery of a dedicated First Nations digital program
  • Providing high-level advice to internal stakeholders on First Nations professional development and learning
  • Collaborating with the Research and Knowledge Management team to measure and report on project outcomes
