The Supported Bail Accommodation Service (SBAS) provides a home-like environment for young service users, which will include structured and unstructured programs and activities. The service will work closely with Youth Justice who will lead case worker and all young people bailed to the SBAS will be on the Conditional Bail Program. The practice framework focuses on the importance of building relationships as being foundational in supporting the social and emotional wellbeing needs of the client in a practical and culturally responsive manner.
The role of Manager has overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the service, including the provision of leadership in relation to all aspects of program management and service delivery, supporting optimal care, together with equitable access for all clients.
This role also involves building and strengthening service partnerships both internally and externally, while supporting continuity of care through a model of care that responds to the physical, social, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs of clients and with a view to meeting and/or exceeding those individual needs.
