ABOUT THE ROLE

Manage the administrative team in a head office branch or regional office. Establish and manage office administrative systems and procedures to ensure quality support is available. Provide advice and support to the Solicitor-In-Charge (SIC) in relation to management of resources including client services, staffing, finance matters, accommodation, equipment, information technology, travel and occupational health and safety.

 

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has management experience and strong leadership skills. You will be experienced in leading teams through major changes, managing performance and leading difficult conversations. You will also possess experience in recruitment processes and dealing with complex client behaviours and escalated client complaints. You will have strong self-management and delegation skills, with the ability to take initiative and implement/manage change. You will enjoy working in a diverse and busy team environment.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

• Willingness to undertake a Criminal Record Check and/or working with Children Check

 

• Australian or NZ citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident  is an essential requirement of applying for an Ongoing role

2. Give an example of a time when you led a team through a significant change, whilst also continuing to perform day-to-day responsibilities. Outline the steps you took and the outcome.

The selection process will include a range of comparative assessment techniques to assist in determining capability and suitability for the role.

This recruitment will be used to fill any current vacancies and may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future vacancies that may arise over the next 12 months.
