About You
As the Outbound Sales Campaign Coordinator, you will lead all outbound sales activity aimed at targeting potential future students in order to convert them from prospect to enrolments in line with University targets. This will predominantly be in the form of Outbound phone calls, but may include other customer contact channels based on audience needs. You will have oversight and responsibility of a sales pipeline within the CRM, leveraging insight data to ensure that the team engages in timely, meaningful conversations with prospects to maximise sales opportunities as they present themselves. You will also gather insights and analytics to report back into the business to inform future recruitment projects. Additionally, as a Coordinator within the Study@RMIT team, you will also be involved in various projects, tasks and initiatives geared towards the continuous improvement of RMIT's service delivery as well as contributing to the University's overall recruitment and operation
al targets.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
* Experience in a fast paced, sales environment with campaign management experience preferable.
* High level of Salesforce (or similar CRM experience). Other systems such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel are advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and confidently interact with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. Public speaking experience is an advantage.
* An ability to manage difficult stakeholder expectations with successful outcome.
* Ability to analyse and report on statistics and data trends, particularly pertaining to customer relationship management, and present findings to stakeholders.
* Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and work well under pressure whilst meeting KPI's.
* Ability to interpret complex information and effectively and efficiently converse with individuals at all levels.
