About Engagement and Partnerships
The Engagement and Partnerships department aims to further the University’s academic mission through strategic and focused place-based engagement and partnership initiatives. The department aims to serve the community within and beyond our campuses by harnessing the University’s convening power and academic expertise for purposeful partnerships, outcomes and impact locally and globally.
About the Role
As the Partnerships Planning and Reporting Manager, you will collaborate with and support Director, Engagement and Partnerships and team, University and external stakeholders to develop, coordinate and manage partnerships planning and evidence based reporting of outcomes and impact. The role will engage with external partners and colleagues across the University and you will be a key point of contact for information on strategic partnerships projects.
In a typical week at work, you may:
- Provide advice to and co-develop partnership plans with partnership leads defining appropriate performance indicators used to baseline and set objectives
- Manage and support the development of comprehensive partnership measures and indicators providing evidence-based, transparent and robust reporting and communications on program and project implementation, outcomes and impact
- Support the University Strategic Communications leads to develop evidence-based reports and content to profile and demonstrate the value and benefit of partnership initiatives
About You
You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with teams and partners and form strong and supportive relationships across diverse stakeholders and partners. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated capability to prepare high quality presentations, reports and documents.
Ideally, you will further have:
- A degree and subsequent relevant experience; extensive experience in a similar position; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Demonstrated experience cultivating relationships and utilizing collaborative processes such as co-creating plans, evaluation and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in developing sophisticated and evidence-based reports and communications that demonstrate outcomes, impact and value of engagement and partnerships
