The Role
Reporting to the Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for helping to increase Broadspectrums’ competitive advantage. You will contribute to the bid development process to produce high-quality bid solutions maximising chances of winning.

Responsibilities

• Study tender documents and review aspects of tender documents for contractual, technical and win strategies
• Engage with internal SMEs to utilise our existing experience into each tender proposal
• Drafting and editing proposal / tender material, including bid database, ‘Tendering Toolkit
• Review, edit and develop procedures as required to support documentation activities
• Researching relevant tools and resources to ensure quality proposals

Position Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in an applicable discipline (e.g. Marketing, Engineering, Business)
• High level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Commercial interpretation and understanding of tender process
• Planning and scheduling of work, independent and with competing priority
