Regional Mobilisation Coordinator

* 1 x role Central /West Region (North Melbourne or Geelong)
* 1 x role Norther Region (Bendigo or Shepparton)
* 1 x role East Region (Leongatha and Dandenong)

The Role
Lead a team of volunteers and work with staff and managers to build their capability in attracting, engaging and retaining volunteers and members. This will include taking on responsibility for core components of the volunteer management lifecycle, maintain and establish external and internal stakeholder relationships including connecting with peak bodies, councils, other agencies and private sector stakeholders. You will also play an advisory role in one or two of the following specialist portfolios – Membership, Regional Engagement, Youth and Diversity and Inclusion and provide critical thinking, advice and innovative ideas on your area of focus.

About you
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, management and / or working with and supporting volunteers and members is essential. You will also have previous proven experience engaging and supporting programs across Membership, Regional Engagement, Youth and Diversity and Inclusion (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) and ability to think outside the box, sound time management skills and to apply innovation and technology to solutions are required.
