The Role

Reporting to Subcontractor & Commercial Manager you will ensure that Broadspectrum meets its contractual obligations to the NSW Land & Housing contract and the workforce base.

Key responsibilities includes (not limited to):

  • Coordinate the on boarding process for approved subcontractors
  • Maintain and update Expression of Interest (EOI) and Service Level Agreement SLA) documentation and amendments as required
  • Create and maintain records in national supplier and subcontractor database including Insurances, Trade Licenses, ABN and company registration
  • Coordinate compliance reporting by subcontractors, including maintaining the compliance database to meet all subcontractor contractual requirements
  • Coordinate inductions for all new subcontractors, including processing all applications, managing documentation and issue of identification cards
  • Manage the return of identification cards and processing
  • Develop and maintain subcontractor filing system and associated records / registers including securities / Subcontractor termination procedure

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar role working on SAP Project System.  Knowledge of document control system is preferred. To succeed in this role you will need demonstrated experience in consultative & collaborative process at a professional level.  You must have high level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and excellent communication skills.
