About You
The Workforce Planning Coordinator is responsible for leading the College Workforce Planning Team, which manages the casual academic lifecycle across 7 of the College's schools. The role will provide hands-on direction and guidance to their team on HR policies in relation to casual engagements and processes including remuneration, compliance and engagement, while ensuring alignment with all College and University policies.
The Workforce Planning Senior Coordinator will also drive ongoing process improvements and implement new initiatives to support best practice within the college, liaising with other teams where appropriate. They will identify and escalate issues of non – compliance with policy where appropriate.
Key liaisons for the role are the School Executive and academic leaders, the Senior Manager Planning and Operations, the College Project and Planning teams, the College HR BP, Casual Recruitment Team leaders and the Talent Operations & Integrity Manager.
To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum:
* Demonstrated experience providing strategic advice and direction regarding processes and systems.
* Proven extensive organisational, communication and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decision-making by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships.
* Highly developed computer literacy
* Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of team goals
