Salary Range: $74,081 – $78,415 (PN: 38715)
Details: The Financial Assistance Scheme (the Scheme) for victims of crime is delivered by Victim Support ACT, within the ACT Human Rights Commission. The purpose of the Scheme is to: assist victims of crime recover from acts of violence; contribute to the safety of victims of crime and prevention of future acts of violence; acknowledge the harmful effects of acts of violence; and complement the services available through the Victims Services Scheme and other services for victims of crime. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience or ability to interpret and apply legislation for the purposes of decision-making, as well as the ability to communicate sensitively and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
