Salary Range: $74,081 – $78,415  (PN: 11241, several)
 
ACT Corrective Services (ACTCS) is seeking applications from highly motivated and passionate people to join the Throughcare team as a Throughcare Transition Officer. 
 
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate strong administrative capability, have the ability to think and act in a busy operational environment and posses excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills necessary to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
 
The successful applicant will work under the direction and supervision of the Throughcare Unit Coordinator and will provide Throughcare liaison support to the client’s lead case manager and the client. As such, the successful applicant will need to display an ability to work comfortably with offenders. This position will be primarily located within the community; with requirement to regularly attend the AMC and other community services locations.
