ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a highly organised candidate to lead a team of customer focused facilities professionals and manage the coordinated delivery of facilities management including property leasing and maintenance, emergency and security management, and vehicle fleet services for Legal Aid NSW.

 
ABOUT YOU
 
The successful applicant will have:
  • proven experience managing a team and coordinating contractors to undertake projects, minor works and maintenance;
  • demonstrated project management skills and experience in managing assets and facilities maintenance;
  • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written), with experience in development of policies and guidelines in accordance with legislation and NSW Government Policy;
  • proven commitment to customer service and proven ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines while working under pressure; and
  • practical experience in security and emergency management for a large organisation.
