The role
Reporting to the General Manager, People and Culture, the Lead – Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing (EDI&W) is responsible for championing, strengthening, executing, collaborating on, and overseeing the TIO’s EDI and Wellbeing program.
The Lead – EDI&W will partner with the Ombudsman, Senior Leadership Team, People & Culture, and all our people across the TIO and will be responsible for continuing to embed our culture of diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and belonging within the organisation. The Lead – EDI&W will also further develop and implement a fit-for-purpose EDI&W strategy and program.
