About You
As the Student Lifecycle Services Coordinator (Student Engagement), you will share responsibility for the management of student lifecycle processes across programs, modes and locations. You will work across the full range of activities associated with the student lifecycle (admission, credit assessment, enrolments, assessment, timetabling and student advice) with a primary focus on Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) and industry engagement related activities within the lifecycle. You will be case managing complex student and industry queries ensuring a timely resolution.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
* Experience in the coordination and delivery of administrative services in an education environment, ideally experienced with WIL placements or an understanding of student internships.
* Experience in high quality customer se
rvice through understanding the needs of the stakeholder and maintaining relationships with industry-based partners.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within and beyond the immediate work unit, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
* Passion for quality and continuous improvement, and proven ability to interpret and apply policies and provide advice for solutions.
* Proven ability to work autonomously, use initiative and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment with excellent attention to detail
* Sound digital literacy, particularly in excel.
* Demonstrated highly developed organisation, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and the proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues.
* A high order of analytical and problem-solving skills and the demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative and creative so
lutions.
