About the Role
As the Campaign Manager, you will play an integral role in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. This role will see you drive the management of marketing and student recruitment campaigns, and partner with the relevant the Segment Manager to design, implement and optimise multichannel acquisition campaigns.
This role leads a team of Campaign Coordinators across audiences ensuring best practice and compliance whilst maintaining strong relationships with all team members and a wide range of stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
* Advanced understanding of marketing principles and best practice to attract and engage customers to encourage life-long learning;
* Demonstrated experience leading and coaching team, with experience planning and implementing marketing strategy and multi-channel acquisition campaigns;
* A strong understanding of marketing via digital and social channels, with project management experience (Agile preferred) and can drive segmented eDM strategy;
* High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including a proven ability to prepare copy for campaign activity including advertising, publications and the web;
* The ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at any one time, with the ability to work across various It platforms such as Microsoft Office, Adobe and Marketo.
Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or a related field is required;
* Advertising agency and Marketo experience and would be viewed favourably.

The Portfolio incorporates the following business units: Enterprise Projects and Business Performance (EPBP), Communications, Global Marketing & Student Recruitment, Human Resources, Information and Technology Services (ITS), Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Procurement and Property Services Group (PSG).
The Portfolio houses significant drivers and delivery components across the staff and student journeys and enables the overall experience for both groups.
