About You
As an Admissions Officer, you will ensure that all admissions-related inquiries and tasks are completed as quickly as possible and will provide accurate advice to applicants and staff on all admissions processes, equity issues, and strategies, handling complex queries and using initiative to resolve issues.
Work across the entire Admissions function including domestic and international functions, providing support across operations functions and meeting customer service standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills are required for this position. In addition, your vibrant personality and can-do attitude, along with the interest to continue learning and the ability to establish connections, will be critical to your success in this vital function, as you will be interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
* Experience in high-quality administration services, including a sound knowledge of relevant policies and procedures or the ability to learn and apply policy and procedure requirements.
* Ability to respond appropriately to sensitive information and situations.
* Capability to investigate and make informed decisions regarding complex issues related to prospective applicant journey and student administration.
* Ability to contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes in a service-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication skills.
