About the role:
This position is a part time (0.6 FTE) fixed term appointment until December 2024.

This position would suit a mid-career practitioner with an innovative approach to the development of the future nursing and allied health rural workforce. The successful applicant is someone who really thinks about the health system from all perspectives, is a great communicator and can see potential that others might miss. The Role
  
As a key member of the Centre’s leadership team you will lead the development, implementation and integration of The Centre’s strategic vision for the transfer of evidence from lived experience, practice and research to awareness, policy and practice in the area of child sexual abuse prevention and survivor recovery.
  
Leading the workforce development program, innovation and implementation of evidence and community capacity building you will influence the utilisation and effective dissemination of knowledge to ensure that children are safer from harm and survivors across lifespan can recover from its effects.

About You

Within your team, you act as a specialist, leading projects and advising other staff. Position Summary
The role of Senior Librarian, Monographs and Digital Collections deals with the management and purchase of materials in all formats. This role includes undertaking work of a higher degree of complexity such as problem solving or researching and piloting new workflows. This role supports the Senior Coordinator in leading projects, training staff, and knowledge sharing.

The role may also be required to work across the Library on projects and programs of work.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

* Degree in Library and Information Services or equivalent with at least 4 years relevant experience is essential.
* Eligibility for Associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) is desirable.
* Well-developed knowledge of using automated Library systems for acquisitions, electronic resources, and analysis, preferably using the Alma Library System. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, FTP and software packages used to manipulate bibliographic and associated records. Strong skills in using Excel to manipulate large data sets.
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, including critical analysis and evaluation of process and emerging practice
* Proven record of adopting a flexible approach to work and adapting to a constantly changing work environment.
* Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communications skills including the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated focus on providing an excellent customer experience.

Digital Experience Project Officer

About You

Reporting to the Associate Director, Learning Technologies, you will be responsible for project coordination functions as part of digital learning uplift (learning technologies) within the ISRF initiative across RMIT. This includes creating and maintaining initiative documentation, coordinating project socialisation activities as part of a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining project pages from within Confluence/Jira and contributing to agile practices as part of fortnightly sprints and quarterly planning.

Working closely with the ADLT and other groups across RMIT, you will straddle the digital (student) experience domains in a global context, harnessing new technologies as part of delivery, while supporting International Students returning to Australia as part of a wider at-scale initiative.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

* Extensive experience in a similar role (Digital Project Officer/Assistant, Account Management or Digital Production).
* Demonstrated experience in an Agile organisation (Particularly SCRUMban).
* Experience working with project management software (Atlassian suite preferred).
* Experience coordinating digital initiatives for large clients or in a large organisation with established governance processes.
* Experience working with a Learning Management System (preferably Canvas) and other learning technologies.

As an HR Contracts Officer, you'll be responsible for the administration and generation of employment contracts, contract renewals, academic promotions, honorary appointments and additional employment letters for new and existing Executive, Academic, Professional and TAFE staff. cts as Subject Matter Expert (SME), as required. HR Contracts Officers will also take responsibility for managing visa related queries and complex contract matters. Ear Health Program Officer

The Ear Health Program Officer directly reports to the Ear Health Program Coordinator and is accountable to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This position will support the Ear Health Coordinator with the planning, preparing and facilitating the implementation of strategies to address the issues identified in the WA Aboriginal Community Controlled Sector Ear and Hearing Health Implementation Plan.

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have:

* Relevant clinical knowledge and/or demonstrable health / community program experience.
* Understanding of the issues including social determinants affecting Aboriginal people's health status in contemporary Australian society.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation and consultation skills and the ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to develop networks with community and government stakeholders.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and coordinate own workload and meet deadlines.
* Highly developed written communication skills including the ability to write clearly and concisely, prepare written reports and manage the output of quality information.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Package Software including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
* An ability to work within a small team and autonomously as required.
* Demonstrated ability to uphold the principles of cultural safety including an ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Ideally, in addition to be above, we are looking for someone who:

* Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and is acknowledged as such by their community.
* Has or is working towards, a relevant tertiary qualification, and/or commensurate experience in a relevant field of Aboriginal Health, Health Promotion and/or Ear Health.
* Has their Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA) Registration e.g. Nurse or Aboriginal Health Worker Practitioner.
* Has their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or working towards it or willingness to attain.

The position involves working within a multicultural organisation where the majority of employees, clients and stakeholders identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Please note: In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will require an unrestricted WA "C" Class Driver's Licence, and be required to submit a National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months) prior to appointment.

The Immunisation Educator directly reports to and is accountable to the Executive Manager – Public Health and Continuous Quality Improvement and is responsible for planning, preparing, promoting and delivering the nationally accredited immunisation course (10681NAT) as part of the National Immunisation Program. The program is intended to increase the confidence and competency of Aboriginal Health Workers and Practitioners to safely and effectively deliver immunisation services to Aboriginal people. The position is also required to provide ongoing support for Aboriginal Health Workers and Practitioners delivering immunisation services.

About You

The Administrative Coordinator, Office of the Chancellor provides essential support to the Chancellor and secretariat function supporting Council, as well as executive support to the General Counsel and University Secretary. The position coordinates administrative secretariat support to Council and sub-committee meetings and provides advice and administrative support to Council members as required. The role also provides executive support to the Chancellor and the General Counsel and University Secretary, including diary management, arranging events and travel and the provision of advice on matters relating to the administration of Council business and administrative processes to support good governance more generally.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

* Demonstrated experience in providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to a senior executive or equivalent in a university environment or similar large and complex organisation covering diary and travel management, correspondence, action management, document development and information management.
* Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to liaise effectively and discreetly with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues.
* Experience providing effective committee secretary support.
* Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team, remain calm under the pressure of events and deadlines and strong personalities.
* Proven capacity to prioritise tasks, be strategic, exercise discretionary judgment and solve problems independently.
